1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use govern your use of the OwnFramework public website at ownframework.com and its Spanish-language section at ownframework.com/es/. By using the website, and by checking the consent acknowledgement when you submit a form, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Notice.
Ordinary browsing is free. Submitting a workflow-review request creates a request for review; it does not create a paid service agreement.
2. About OwnFramework
OwnFramework LLC operates this website. OwnFramework provides business-services information and a workflow-review request channel for owner-led businesses. The website is informational. No checkout, payment, or customer portal is offered on the public site.

3. Website use and eligibility
The website is intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity. It is not directed to children under 13, and OwnFramework does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
You do not need to register an account, prove your identity, or share sensitive information in order to use the public website.
4. Workflow-review submissions
A workflow-review submission is a request for manual review of one repeated administrative workflow. Submitting the form:
- does not create a client relationship;
- does not create a service agreement;
- does not authorize OwnFramework to connect to your systems, send messages on your behalf, make payments, or change records in your tools;
- does not start any work.
No work begins, and no automation is approved, until a separate written agreement or written scope has been signed by both sides, with approval boundaries documented.
5. Information visitors must not submit
The workflow-review form is intentionally data-light. Do not submit any of the following through any form or email on this website:
- passwords, API keys, or OAuth tokens;
- payment, banking, wire, or card information;
- Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or other government identifiers;
- payroll, tax, legal, or medical documents or data;
- customer, vendor, or employee lists or contact records;
- raw production exports, raw email archives, or large attachments;
- any other regulated or highly sensitive material.
If prohibited or sensitive material is submitted, OwnFramework may reject, quarantine, restrict access to, or delete it as appropriate. Do not rely on the public form as a secure channel for sensitive information.
6. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- use the site for unlawful purposes;
- impersonate any person or entity;
- submit malicious content, files, or payloads;
- scrape or otherwise attempt to extract content in a manner intended to disrupt the service;
- bypass, attempt to bypass, or probe Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limits, or other security controls;
- attempt unauthorized access to the site, the intake endpoint, or any related systems;
- interfere with the operation of the site or with other visitors' use of it;
- infringe intellectual-property rights.
Nothing in this section prohibits ordinary accessibility tools, search-engine crawling, or normal browser use of the public site.
7. Service information and pricing
Website content is informational. Where pricing or planning ranges are displayed on the public site, they are starting points or planning ranges, not binding quotes. Final scope, fees, timing, dependencies, and third-party costs are established only in a separate written proposal or agreement.
The public website does not offer checkout or payment.
8. Third-party services and costs
OwnFramework engagements may involve third-party services such as hosting, software subscriptions, domain registration, model API usage, and similar external costs. Third-party services, hosting, software, model usage, domains, hardware, and other external costs are not included unless the applicable written proposal expressly says they are.
Where a future engagement includes managed infrastructure or reimbursable items, those are described in the written proposal and are not authorized by these Terms.
9. Customer accounts and credentials
When an OwnFramework engagement involves customer-side credentials or access, the customer owns those credentials and the underlying accounts. Engagement-specific access, credential custody, revocation procedures, retention, and responsibilities are defined in the written agreement and access plan.
Credentials must not be submitted through the public website. Where revocation procedures are documented in the access plan, those procedures apply; OwnFramework does not warrant that every credential can always be revoked within any specific time.
10. No professional advice
Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, payroll, banking, medical, or regulated-compliance advice. OwnFramework does not provide those professional judgments.
Where a workflow touches domains that involve professional judgment (such as legal, tax, payroll, banking, medical, or regulated compliance), OwnFramework may help organize the administrative workflow around that domain, but the underlying professional judgments and submissions remain the responsibility of the customer and the customer's qualified professionals.
11. Intellectual property
The site design, text, branding, images, and original content are owned by or licensed to OwnFramework, subject to applicable third-party rights. You may view, save, and print ordinary portions of the site for personal or internal business evaluation of OwnFramework's services.
By submitting content through the workflow-review form, you grant OwnFramework a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to review and respond to your request. OwnFramework does not claim ownership of your submission beyond that limited license.
12. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites or services for the visitor's convenience. Those third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and OwnFramework is not responsible for their independent operation. OwnFramework remains responsible for its own choices and for its compliance with applicable law.
13. Website availability and changes
OwnFramework may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the public website at any time. OwnFramework does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. Information on the website may contain errors or become outdated. OwnFramework does not guarantee:
- that a workflow-review submission will lead to an engagement;
- savings, return on investment, revenue lift, time savings, or any financial outcome;
- that any proposed automation will be suitable or approved for any workflow.
Nothing in these Terms disclaims rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including any non-waivable statutory rights.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OwnFramework is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, the public informational website.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or non-waivable statutory rights.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this section overrides mandatory non-waivable rights that may apply under another jurisdiction's law.
17. Changes to these Terms
OwnFramework may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes apply prospectively from the posted date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Severability and no waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. OwnFramework's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
